Cardiff University Ladies Rugby Club

Are you someone who likes to try new things? There will be a fun training session for all those ladies who are interested in trying out rugby. Whether you're a Fresher, a 2nd or 3rd year who wants to try out a new sport come and check it out! Oh, and it’s also available to all the existing members of course!

There will be fitness training, mini-games and controlled contact.

We aim to give our club members a fantastic rugby experience. At the elite end of the club this means preparing players for International Rugby.

For the rest of the club it means providing a top class rugby programme which gives them;
i. The opportunity to develop and progress through the club.
ii. Experience of a strong and well run rugby programme they can take with them wherever they travel after Cardiff.
iii. The opportunity to develop themselves as coaches, (There will be select places on a Welsh rugby union coaching course for willing and committed players.)

Across the club we provide the context for players to make friends for life.
