CURFC Pre Season News:

 


 

 

Pre season Kicks off on September 6th 2010 at the Cardiff University Sports fields Llanrumney, there are three very tough pre season fixtures in place starting with the toughest up first; BUCS Finalists and WRU division 1 Winners UWIC RFC, followed by games against the Army and Navy U23 teams on consecutive Wednesdays.

 

The 2010-11 Season goals are to for the first time in Cardiff University Rugby Clubs history to have the First Team Promoted to Premier A and the Second Team promoted to Premier B, the first Russell Group University ever to do so.

 

Foremost in everyone involved at CURFC minds is the Varsity loss to Swansea this year at the Liberty Stadium, all involved in the Club will be giving their all in a bid to regain the Welsh Varsity Cup on March the 30th at The Millennium Stadium.   

 

Invited to take part in preparation for a very tough BUCS season to compete for places in the First and recently promoted Second teams are;
